VastuNomy respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
1. Information We Collect
- Account data — name, phone number, email address.
- Property data — measurements and floor plans you provide for analysis.
- Payment data — processed by Razorpay; we receive only transaction status, never your full card or bank details.
- Usage data — basic device and app-usage information to operate and improve the Service.
2. How We Use It
To deliver Vastu analysis and reports, provide consultations, process payments, provide customer support, comply with law, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the Service, under confidentiality obligations:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, secure storage and hosting (India region).
We may disclose data where required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. On account deletion, data is removed per our retention schedule after a short grace period.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and secure infrastructure to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard it.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent, by contacting us. We will respond within the timelines required by law.
